The Challenge

Poliklinika Meter required a digital presence that reflected the precision and professionalism of their medical practice. Their previous solution suffered from slow loading times, poor mobile optimization, and a rigid content structure that hindered SEO efforts. In the healthcare sector, trust is built on speed and clarity; a 3-second delay can mean the difference between a patient booking an appointment or leaving for a competitor.

The Solution: A Future-Proof Infrastructure

We developed a bespoke solution using the latest stable versions of Next.js 16 and React 19. By utilizing a headless architecture with Sanity CMS, we separated the content from the presentation layer, allowing the clinic to update medical services, doctor bios, and health blogs in real-time without touching the code.

The core focus was "Core Web Vitals." Using the advanced capabilities of Next.js 16, we implemented:

Moving away from generic templates, we built a bespoke design system tailored specifically to the clinic’s branding. The UI is designed with accessibility (a11y) at its core, ensuring that patients of all ages and visual abilities can navigate services and book consultations with ease. The interface is fluid, utilizing modern motion libraries for subtle, professional transitions that guide the user’s eye to the "Call to Action."

4. Intelligent Caching & Data Hydration
By implementing the cacheComponents flag and advanced data-fetching patterns, we’ve achieved a "zero-latency" feel.

Component-Level Caching: We utilized Next.js 16's ability to cache individual UI components, meaning complex parts of the site (like service grids) are pre-rendered and stored, eliminating redundant processing.

Optimized Data Revalidation: Using a custom google-sync script and Sanity’s webhooks, the site only updates the specific data that changed, keeping the rest of the site served from a high-speed cache. This reduces database load and ensures sub-millisecond response times for returning visitors.

SEO Strategy

By utilizing Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and a customized Google-Sync script, we ensured that every medical service offered by Poliklinika Meter is indexed by search engines within minutes of being published. The structure uses semantic HTML5 and JSON-LD Schema markup to help Google identify the clinic’s location, services, and expert staff, directly boosting local SEO rankings.
